RAJ RISWADKAR

Raj Riswadkar has 20 plus years of experience in growing small and medium size businesses (SMBs), Fortune 50 companies, and start-ups via organic growth and through M&A.  Most recently he helped ProAv company, Bluewater Technologies with strategic guidance on sales, ops and finance and delivered 8 alliances to grow geographically at low cost/low risk.  These efforts resulted in multi-million dollar increase in sales opportunities per year.  He has been involved in over 30 ProAV deals. He has helped multiple SMBs across different industries drive profits by increasing sales, driving efficiencies, streamlining finance and creating tax efficient wealth preservation strategies.  Raj has closed over 50 M&A transactions across multiple industries with over $1 BB in deal value.

 

His experience includes extensive management consulting, leading corporate and business development, strategy, P&L ownership, strategic marketing and talent management.  Over the many years, he has been involved in many software start-ups such as, iControldiabetes, Handylogs, and Waupi. He sits on the advisory board of two start-ups, is helps raise capital for Pro-AV companies.  He has an MBA from Cornell University and a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Toledo.

DOUG WACK

Doug Wack is a 20+year tech industry veteran, a hardware and software expert in the ProAV world and a serial entrepreneur who has been deeply involved in all aspects of ProAV operations.  In addition to leading sales and operations, Doug has been responsible for launching new products and starting new projects in the AV Integration and Live Events space.  He has led the design, engineering, installation and support of multiple, complex LED involving projects in the Live and Integration spaces of the ProAV industry.  He has worked for Bluewater Technologies, a leading AV Integrator and a Live Events company in Michigan for over 5 years as an employee and over the last year as an inhouse expert consultant.  

Prior to that Doug ran his own company LED3, where he sold value added products to the AV industry.  Before LED3, Doug worked and lived in China for 10 years, where he was responsible for all aspects of the operations in China including: Prototyping, Manufacturing Ramp-Up, Negotiations, Sourcing, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, QC/QA, Project Management, Supply Chain Management and accounting functions for the region.  Doug has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
